感謝天，感謝地 Thanks for Giving

故事館三歲了，感謝所有參與雲林故事館的每一位大小朋友們，因為你的參與賦與這棟歷史建築豐厚的生命，故事館的故事，這三年來也隨著進入館舍的每一位朋友成長，從故事的呼喚到故事希望地圖，每一個角落都可以看到、聽到、讀到我們的故事。別人的故事說說就完了，而自己的故事怎麼說都說不完…

2009年 5月30日整修後換新妝以來，故事館的故事就像長在館外的一花一草一木般，每天接受灑在這塊沃土的陽光與雨水，使她在溫潤中成長，到處都可以看到成長的印記，故事是長在這裡的，說不完講不盡，你、我、他、還有我們的世界，從雲林到台灣到世界各個角落，在故事館，你可以和世界連結，當你走進故事館的同時，世界就走向你，無論你來過故事館多少次，都可以清楚地感受到我們的故事一天比一天精彩，不相信？ 你得回來看一看，發現別人的故事、拜訪自己的故事，你便會深深地體會故事就像一條看不見的線，把人與人之間的過去、現在、未來緊緊地相繫著這段話，而且你也會看到說故事就像在送禮這樣的幸福畫面。

也是由我們所追求的更高更遠的視野

誇父逐日的執著和理想

及永不放棄的意志力等目標所形成的

要感謝的人實在太多了，讓我們一起來感謝天，感謝地，給我們共同一起做一件讓世界變得更美麗的事。誠摰邀約舊雨新知一起來見證雲林故事人的一步一腳印及故事館的生命量能。

Thanks for Giving

Storyhouse is three years old. We appreciate everyone who has been involved in Yunlin Storyhouse because your participation enriches the life of this historical architecture. Stories within Storyhouse are increasing in company with every friend who has entered the building in the past three years. From 『Recalling of Stories』 to the 『Hope Map of Stories』, stories can be seen, heard, read in every corner. The stories of others might come to the end at some point, but our own stories are endless.

Since Storyhouse reopened after reconstruction on May 30th 2009, more and more stories have been warmly collected, just like sunshine and rain spreading on this abundant land to assist flowers, grass and wood to grow along with Storyhouse every day. Traces of growth exist everywhere. Stories are begun from Storyhouse and there are many to talk about; such as stories of yours, his/hers, mine and our world. From Yunlin to Taiwan to every corner of the world, you can connect with the universe in Storyhouse. When you walk into Storyhouse, the world comes to you as well. No matter how many times you have visited Storyhouse, you can clearly feel that our stories are more and more marvelous day after day. Doubt it? Once you come to Storyhouse to discover others』 stories and visit your own stories, you will deeply experience that stories are like an invisible string, strongly connecting the past, the present and the future between human beings. Moreover, you will see a happy scene regarding storytelling as similar to gift delivering.               

There are too many people who we cannot appreciate enough. Let』s thank God and our land for giving us the opportunity to make our world more beautiful. We sincerely invite old friends and newcomers to be witnesses of the Yunlin Storyteller Association』s growth and the life force of Storyhouse.
